Job Summary
Working part-time on weekends and Mondays, the Patient Success Coordinator will manage patient inquiries, facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, and ensure a positive patient experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage patient inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure satisfaction
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to enhance care coordination
- Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall patient experience
Required qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service role
- Availability to work part-time on weekends and Mondays
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with patient management systems or similar software
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus
