Job Summary

Working part-time on weekends and Mondays, the Patient Success Coordinator will manage patient inquiries, facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, and ensure a positive patient experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage patient inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure satisfaction
  • Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to enhance care coordination
  • Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall patient experience
Required qualifications
  • Experience in a healthcare or customer service role
  • Availability to work part-time on weekends and Mondays
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with patient management systems or similar software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus
