Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Success Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a small team of Patient Care Specialists, providing coaching and guidance
Own company level patient KPIs and develop initiatives to reach company goals
Develop and implement patient engagement strategies to drive activation and retention

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience at a VC-backed startup or top consulting firm
Proven track record of driving patient/customer growth and retention through data-driven strategies
Highly technical with experience in managing growth programs and CRM platforms
Experience managing small teams and integrating new tools for scalability
Comfortable in fast-paced, experimental environments with a bias for action
