Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Success Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of Patient Care Specialists, providing coaching and guidance
  • Own company level patient KPIs and develop initiatives to reach company goals
  • Develop and implement patient engagement strategies to drive activation and retention

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience at a VC-backed startup or top consulting firm
  • Proven track record of driving patient/customer growth and retention through data-driven strategies
  • Highly technical with experience in managing growth programs and CRM platforms
  • Experience managing small teams and integrating new tools for scalability
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, experimental environments with a bias for action
