Job Summary

To support patients throughout their care journey, the full-time Patient Success Representative will provide compassionate support, coordinate scheduling and administrative workflows, and respond to patient inquiries in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to patient inquiries across phone and messaging platforms with clear and timely communication
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and ensure smooth patient onboarding and retention through follow-ups and proactive check-ins
  • Coordinate clinical and administrative workflows, including prior authorizations and prescription requests, while accurately documenting patient interactions
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years in a patient-facing support role, preferably in behavioral health, digital health, or telehealth
  • Previous experience in a telehealth or call center environment is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, including scheduling and documentation
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and clear documentation habits
