Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a patient advocate to resolve issues related to claims, referrals, and access
  • Manage high volumes of inbound calls and enter patient information into systems
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and other departments, ensuring outstanding customer service
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service-based role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other relevant systems
  • Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business hours
