Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Agent to provide compassionate support to patients in recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 75-100 inbound/outbound calls daily and respond to emails and online chats
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient accounts, including registration and insurance verification
  • Meet performance goals related to efficiency, call quality, and patient satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably in a multi-site organization
  • 3-5 years of experience with EMR systems
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
