Job Summary

To support a growing telemedicine company, the part-time Patient Support Agent will engage with members via phone, email, and chat to provide empathetic assistance, clarify treatment plans, and resolve inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries regarding accounts, prescriptions, and platform navigation
  • Provide patient-centered support by actively listening to concerns and de-escalating challenging situations
  • Investigate and resolve patient issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate solutions
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, patient support, or call center roles, preferably in healthcare or telemedicine
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general office software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documenting patient interactions
