Job Summary

Compassionate and detail-oriented, the full-time Patient Support Agent will serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing empathetic support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with members via phone, email, and chat to address questions related to accounts, prescriptions, and platform navigation
  • Listen actively to patient concerns and de-escalate challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Document all patient interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system to support continuity of care
Required qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service, patient support, or call center role, preferably in healthcare or telemedicine
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general office software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly
