Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and outbound communications to support patients
  • Schedule and confirm medical appointments while collecting and verifying patient information
  • Document interactions accurately and track referrals and appointment outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of patient scheduling, coordination, or customer service experience
  • Experience with EMR, insurance coordination, or workers' comp is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
  • Patient, professional, and detail-oriented
