Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Patient Support Coordinator will manage patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with care coordination in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle patient inquiries through various communication channels, including calls, chat, and email
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments while maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions
- Assess patients' eligibility for care and follow up to ensure appointments are kept
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; medical office administration experience preferred
- Two years of experience in patient care coordination or scheduling preferred
- Medical Assistant Certification preferred
- Experience in a healthcare environment and familiarity with EMR systems is a plus
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred
