Job Summary

- Manage 40-50 inbound calls per day, providing information and support to patients
- Accurately complete data entry tasks in a timely manner
- Work towards daily and monthly metric and KPI goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical industry or familiarity with medical terminology
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
- Proficiency in learning new computer programs and software
