Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Representative (HYBRID).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 40-50 inbound calls per day, providing information and support to patients
  • Accurately complete data entry tasks in a timely manner
  • Work towards daily and monthly metric and KPI goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical industry or familiarity with medical terminology
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
  • Proficiency in learning new computer programs and software
