Job Summary

Patient Support Representative is a full-time position responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and supporting the care team while working remotely within the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience
  • Schedule appointments and procedures while documenting patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
  • Advise patients on insurance responsibilities and fulfill their needs using various computer and phone systems
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, Monday - Friday
