Job Summary
Managing 40-50 inbound calls daily, the remote Patient Support Representative will assist patients with inquiries regarding services and orders while providing compassionate support and accurate information.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing patient concerns and questions
- Complete data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner while working towards daily and monthly performance metrics
- Participate in virtual meetings and maintain a professional presence in a dedicated workspace
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment
- At least 1 year of experience in the medical industry, with familiarity in medical terminology
- Experience or familiarity with respiratory equipment and patient support is preferred
- High school diploma or GED
