Job Summary
Managing a high volume of inbound calls, the remote Patient Support Representative will assist patients with inquiries about services and orders, providing compassionate support while meeting daily and monthly performance metrics.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle 40-50 inbound calls daily, addressing patient questions and concerns with empathy
- Accurately complete data entry tasks in a timely manner while maintaining organized records
- Participate in virtual meetings and collaborate with the team to achieve performance goals
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment
- At least 1 year of experience in the medical industry or familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience with respiratory equipment and patient support is preferred
- High school diploma or GED is required
