Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients by actively listening and empathizing with their needs
- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and adhere to relevant policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in customer service or call center operations
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is desired
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
