Job Summary
Supporting patients and healthcare providers in a hybrid role, the Patient Support Specialist will provide timely and empathetic assistance through various communication channels while working remotely three days a week and onsite two days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and compliant manner
- Build strong relationships with patients and healthcare personnel through active listening and solution-oriented communication
- Document patient interactions accurately and maintain detailed records within the contact center system
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations
- Flexibility to work adjusted schedules or additional hours as needed
