Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve patient inquiries and complaints, handle order issues, and track resolutions
  • Maintain patient information, assist with technical support, and provide tailored treatments
  • Contribute to improving patient experience, adhere to documentation protocols, and engage in team collaboration

Required Qualifications:
  • Previous healthcare experience, telemedicine experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems
  • Patient/customer service experience with a patient-first mindset
  • Training in de-escalation techniques is a plus
  • Spanish language fluency and Medical Interpreter certification preferred
