Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve patient inquiries and complaints, handle order issues, and track resolutions
- Maintain patient information, assist with technical support, and provide tailored treatments
- Contribute to improving patient experience, adhere to documentation protocols, and engage in team collaboration
Required Qualifications:
- Previous healthcare experience, telemedicine experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems
- Patient/customer service experience with a patient-first mindset
- Training in de-escalation techniques is a plus
- Spanish language fluency and Medical Interpreter certification preferred
