Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Tier 1 Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and SMS messages from patients regarding their prescriptions and the PHILRx process
  • Utilize Zendesk to manage ticket and phone queues, and access the knowledgebase for patient inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to resolve patient issues and meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in a call center
  • Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service skills
  • Capable of navigating multiple software systems and complex processes
  • Good understanding of computers, hardware, and networks
  • Adaptable to swift changes in a fast-paced environment
