Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist to provide excellent patient experiences and support clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the health of a panel of patients and track preventative measures
Facilitate referrals, prior authorizations, and lab order fulfillment
Assist patients with logging vitals, symptom assessments, and prescription follow-ups

Required Qualifications

Electronic health record (EHR) experience; Athena and Salesforce preferred
Medical Assistant certification preferred
Exceptional interpersonal skills for developing collaborative relationships
Desire to help patients live healthier lives
Ability to be flexible and available throughout the workday
