Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist who is experienced in providing excellent patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the health of a panel of patients and track preventative measures
  • Facilitate referrals, prior authorizations, and lab order fulfillment
  • Assist patients with logging vitals, symptom assessments, and prescription management
Required Qualifications
  • Electronic health record (EHR) experience; Athena and Salesforce experience preferred
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred
  • Ability to be flexible and available throughout the workday
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop collaborative relationships
  • Desire to help patients improve their health and well-being
