Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist who is experienced in providing excellent patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the health of a panel of patients and track preventative measures
Facilitate referrals, prior authorizations, and lab order fulfillment
Assist patients with logging vitals, symptom assessments, and prescription management

Required Qualifications

Electronic health record (EHR) experience; Athena and Salesforce experience preferred
Medical Assistant certification preferred
Ability to be flexible and available throughout the workday
Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop collaborative relationships
Desire to help patients improve their health and well-being
