Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist who is experienced in providing excellent patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the health of a panel of patients and track preventative measures
- Facilitate referrals, prior authorizations, and lab order fulfillment
- Assist patients with logging vitals, symptom assessments, and prescription management
Required Qualifications
- Electronic health record (EHR) experience; Athena and Salesforce experience preferred
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Ability to be flexible and available throughout the workday
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop collaborative relationships
- Desire to help patients improve their health and well-being
