Patient Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist to provide support to patients using at-home sleep studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, empathetic support to patients via phone, email, or chat
• Collect and analyze patient feedback to improve services and product offerings
• Provide administrative support related to patient outreach, documentation, and follow-ups

Required Qualifications:

• Based on the West Coast US or Hawaii
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with professionalism and discretion
• Confidence working with digital tools and systems
• Experience in healthcare, customer support, or patient care is preferred but not required
• Spanish proficiency is a plus
