Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers
  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients by actively listening and empathizing with their needs
  • Identify and resolve patient issues or escalate to appropriate internal teams as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree (desired)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (desired)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) and willingness to work flexible hours (desired)
