Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients by actively listening and empathizing with their needs
- Identify and resolve patient issues or escalate to appropriate internal teams as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree (desired)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (desired)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) and willingness to work flexible hours (desired)
