Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist to provide excellent patient experiences and manage clinical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the health of a panel of patients and track preventative measures
- Facilitate referrals, prior authorizations, and lab order fulfillment
- Assist patients with logging vitals, symptom assessments, and prescription follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR); Athena and Salesforce preferred
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Flexibility and availability throughout the workday
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop trusting relationships
- Desire to help patients improve their health and well-being
