Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist to provide excellent patient experiences and manage clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the health of a panel of patients and track preventative measures
  • Facilitate referrals, prior authorizations, and lab order fulfillment
  • Assist patients with logging vitals, symptom assessments, and prescription follow-ups
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR); Athena and Salesforce preferred
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred
  • Flexibility and availability throughout the workday
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop trusting relationships
  • Desire to help patients improve their health and well-being
