Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inbound customer communications
- Build rapport with patients by actively listening and understanding their needs

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in customer service or call center operations
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
