Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate responses to inbound customer communications
• Build rapport with patients by actively listening and understanding their needs
• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and comply with relevant policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years' experience in customer service or call center operations
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is desirable
