Job Summary

To support a growing patient support team, the full-time Patient Support Specialist will field and resolve patient inquiries, triage support requests, and assist with scheduling and clerical tasks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Field and resolve overnight questions and support requests from patients and partners
  • Respond to and triage inbound patient and partner questions via phone, email, and SMS
  • Assist with real-time scheduling changes and support clerical work related to patient appointments
Required qualifications
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience in patient service or healthcare
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
  • Experience coordinating with national labs such as Quest or Labcorp
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate appointment documentation
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
