Job Summary

Supporting patients and healthcare providers in a hybrid role, the Patient Support Specialist will provide timely and empathetic assistance within a virtual pharmaceutical contact center, working remotely 3 days a week and onsite 2 days a week.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and patient inquiries in a professional and compliant manner
  • Build relationships with patients and healthcare staff through active listening and solution-oriented communication
  • Document patient interactions accurately and adhere to regulatory and privacy standards
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Flexibility to work adjusted schedules or additional hours as needed
