Job Summary

Supporting patients and healthcare providers in a hybrid role, the Patient Support Specialist will respond to inquiries, build relationships, and resolve concerns while working remotely three days a week and onsite at the Morrisville, NC office two days a week.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers through active listening and empathy
  • Document patient interactions accurately and maintain detailed records within the contact center system
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations
  • Flexibility to work adjusted schedules or additional hours as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
