Patient Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing empathetic support to patients, the part-time Patient Support Specialist will assist individuals using sleep study equipment remotely, offering expert advice and practical solutions while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Offer friendly and empathetic assistance to patients via phone, email, or chat
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate information in the CRM system
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes

Required qualifications

• Excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of German is a plus
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week, spread over a minimum of 4 days
• Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to engage with patients over the phone
• Experience with digital tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently from home
