Patient Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing empathetic and professional support, the part-time Patient Support Specialist will assist patients remotely with sleep studies, offering guidance and administrative support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Offer friendly and empathetic assistance to patients via phone, email, or chat
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide administrative support
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth process and gather patient feedback for service improvement

Required qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of German is a plus
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week over at least 4 days
• Experience with digital tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently from home
• Interest in healthcare, patient contact, and/or medical devices is a plus but not necessary
