Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly lead and manage a team of Patient Support Associates to ensure medication adherence through refill management or prior authorization and financial assistance support
  • Proactively manage support in assigned hospitals and/or clinics to ensure timely medication delivery to patients
  • Lead and manage a Patient Support team to meet service level goals and provide high-quality patient care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Experience in front-line employee management
  • Background in pharmacy or healthcare
  • Strong management skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Results-oriented with a focus on performance accountability
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
