A company is looking for a Payee Services Representative II.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle moderately complex customer issues requiring deeper product knowledge and coordination with other departments
• Serve as a resource for other representatives by providing guidance and support in resolving customer inquiries
• Analyze customer interactions to identify patterns and suggest improvements to processes and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year of experience
• Payments-related experience is helpful
• Experience using AI tools is strongly preferred
• Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and PowerBI is helpful
• Demonstrates advanced organizational and documentation skills
