Payer Access Analyst

Job Summary

To support growth across partner sites, the remote Payer Access Analyst will turn complex claims and pricing data into actionable insights, manage multiple high-impact workstreams, and evolve payer access strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Transform claims and pricing data into insights that enhance access and drive revenue growth
• Support and refine payer access strategies across partner sites
• Develop clear deliverables for internal leaders, clients, and payer partners

Required qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis, consulting, or healthcare analytics
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas; VBA is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, or payer ecosystems preferred
