Job Summary
Supporting the analytic team, the full-time Payer Analyst will manage the integration and analysis of data from various sources, develop operational reports and dashboards, and utilize data analytics to uncover business insights.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of operational reports and dashboards
- Extract and interpret critical information from data sets to inform stakeholders
- Develop quality control processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a data-related field
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of database architecture and basic SQL queries
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate data analysis results to various stakeholders
