Job Summary

Supporting the analytic team, the full-time Payer Analyst will manage the integration and analysis of data from various sources, develop operational reports and dashboards, and utilize data analytics to uncover business insights.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of operational reports and dashboards
  • Extract and interpret critical information from data sets to inform stakeholders
  • Develop quality control processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a data-related field
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of database architecture and basic SQL queries
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate data analysis results to various stakeholders
