Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Compliance Specialist I - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze allowed amounts on claims to ensure compliance with contracts
• Manage corrective actions for variances through appeals and escalations
• Communicate with management and leadership regarding payer variance issues

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare revenue cycle
• Functional knowledge of Excel and Word required
• Basic knowledge of managed care programs and healthcare billing requirements
• Analytical abilities to identify and resolve underpayments
