Payer Contract Analyst

Job Summary

Providing essential support to RCO Site Engagement and CBO teams, the full-time Revenue Cycle Payer Contract Analyst will manage payer contracts and fee schedules while ensuring accurate data entry into the Payer Contracts Database and patient accounting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, review, and load payer contracts and fee schedules into the Payer Contracts Database and patient accounting systems
• Respond to payer contract inquiries submitted via the Teammate Service Center
• Assist with quarterly updates and mapping of fee schedules in the Payer Contracts Database and HST Practice Management

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed
• At least 5 years of healthcare work experience
• A minimum of 3 years of payer contract knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
