Payer Contracting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Contracting Analyst to support data-driven decision-making in financial, operational, and clinical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analyses to evaluate payer performance and reimbursement outcomes
• Develop insights to support contract strategies and value-based care program underwriting
• Build and maintain fee schedule models and assist in the development of value-based care financial models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience; healthcare experience preferred
• Experience using SQL
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
• 1+ years experience working with healthcare claims data preferred
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
