Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payer Contracting Manager to support commercial contracting success by drafting and processing customer contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracting strategy and execution for assigned national payer accounts
- Draft term sheets, RFP responses, amendments, and related contract language for negotiations and renewals
- Project manage initiatives within Contract Development and U.S. Value & Access, coordinating inputs and timelines across stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience writing contracts, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word
- Ability to manage multiple documents concurrently and prioritize competing requests
- Familiarity with the US commercial and government healthcare and reimbursement environment
