Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Contracting Manager to support commercial contracting success by drafting and processing customer contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracting strategy and execution for assigned national payer accounts
  • Draft term sheets, RFP responses, amendments, and related contract language for negotiations and renewals
  • Project manage initiatives within Contract Development and U.S. Value & Access, coordinating inputs and timelines across stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience writing contracts, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word
  • Ability to manage multiple documents concurrently and prioritize competing requests
  • Familiarity with the US commercial and government healthcare and reimbursement environment
