Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Payor Credentialing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the payer credentialing team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement
• Evaluate and enhance payer enrollment processes and systems using technology and best practices
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adjust processes accordingly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-7 years of credentialing management experience in a managed care or healthcare environment, with laboratory credentialing experience
• In-depth knowledge of credentialing processes and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace, and Salesforce; knowledge of Monday.com and Smartsheet is a plus
• Demonstrated success in managing provider data management systems and payer relationships
