Payer Engagement Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Payer Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor payer medical and reimbursement policies and develop initiatives for payer coverage
• Engage with payers to manage expectations for clinical/economic evidence
• Articulate the client's clinical and economic value to support positive payer coverage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
• 3-5 years of experience in health policy, reimbursement, or health economics/market access preferred
• Direct experience with medical device manufacturers, payers, or health technology assessment organizations preferred
• Knowledge of consulting methods and industry trends
• Self-directed individual able to manage client/payer engagements with minimal supervision
