Payer Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Engagement Specialist II, responsible for administrative support related to payer engagement notifications and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Notify payers of clinic changes, including address and tax ID updates
• Manage data integrity within the Salesforce system and update provider information
• Complete payer forms and monitor payer correspondence, producing reports as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of related experience
• 3 years of provider servicing/customer service experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
