Payer Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Engagement Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Notify payers of any clinic changes, including address and tax ID updates
• Manage and verify provider information within the Salesforce system
• Complete payer forms and produce reports as required

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of related experience
• 3 years of provider servicing or customer service experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Familiarity with software applications such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office
