Payer Enrollment Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Payer Enrollment (Mid-Atlantic, NCQA).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely resolution and completion of payor enrollment to prevent revenue loss
• Streamline processes and workflows for the onboarding department, utilizing automation as needed
• Oversee special projects and maintain up-to-date provider data in credentialing databases

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in managed care credentialing, billing, or Medical Staff services
• Experience with Maryland, DC, and/or VA Provider & Payer (Medicare & Medicaid)
• Strong leadership experience managing Enrollment teams with large provider inventories
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Knowledge of NCQA guidelines and delegated payers preferred
