Job Summary

To minimize reimbursement barriers for patients and providers, the full-time remote Payer Enrollment Coordinator will manage provider enrollment applications, resolve coverage issues, and ensure compliance with payer policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Determines practitioner eligibility and processes enrollment applications for government and commercial payers
  • Documents and tracks the status of provider enrollment applications, maintaining accurate databases for submissions
  • Collaborates with providers and departments to secure necessary information and communicate enrollment statuses
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience required
  • Experience with payer enrollment processes and healthcare reimbursement systems
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer structures
  • Familiarity with electronic application systems and credentialing
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in a healthcare setting
