Job Summary

To minimize reimbursement barriers for patients and providers, the full-time remote Payer Enrollment Coordinator will manage the enrollment process for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with payer policies and resolving coverage issues.

Key responsibilities
  • Completes and processes enrollment applications for government and commercial payers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Tracks and maintains provider enrollment status, coordinating with various departments to obtain necessary information
  • Responds to inquiries regarding payer enrollment and serves as a liaison between providers and internal teams
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience required
  • Experience with payer enrollment processes and healthcare reimbursement systems
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer policies
  • Familiarity with electronic application systems and databases
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and internal departments
