Job Summary

To minimize reimbursement barriers for patients and providers, the full-time remote Payer Enrollment Coordinator will manage the enrollment process for government and commercial payers, ensuring accurate application submissions and effective communication with healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities
  • Determines practitioner eligibility and processes enrollment applications for government and non-delegated commercial payers
  • Tracks and maintains provider enrollment application statuses and collaborates with various departments to ensure compliance
  • Responds to inquiries from healthcare organizations and serves as a backup for payer enrollment staff
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience required
  • Knowledge of private payer, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement processes
  • Experience with electronic application submissions and provider enrollment systems
  • Ability to analyze application documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Familiarity with CAQH profiles and credentialing processes preferred
