Payer Enrollment Lead

Job Summary

Managing high-volume enrollment production, the full-time Payer Enrollment Lead will oversee the end-to-end process of enrolling providers with insurance payers, coordinating across multiple teams and ensuring timely updates to stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute payer enrollment processes, including submissions, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinate internally across credentialing, contracting, and partner operations to streamline enrollment workflows
• Support partner communication by addressing escalations and providing clear updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of payer enrollment experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with payer submissions and post-enrollment maintenance
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple enrollments
• Proficiency in startup tech stack and experience with CRM/credentialing platforms preferred
