Payer Enrollment Lead Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Enrollment Lead Specialist (Remote PST/MT Only).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the payer enrollment process for medical providers, ensuring proper credentialing and compliance
• Maintain accurate provider data and track license and certification expirations for timely renewals
• Collaborate with departmental leadership to address issues and guide the Provider Relations Team in payer enrollment activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare payer enrollment or credentialing
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance enrollment requirements
• Proficiency in credentialing and enrollment platforms such as CAQH, PECOS, and NPPES
