Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Enrollment Specialist to manage health plan enrollment requests and resolve related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and understand insurance provider enrollment requirements and submit health plan enrollment requests
  • Follow up on provider enrollment applications and maintain organized documentation for payor and provider records
  • Establish relationships with payer representatives to improve submission processes and approval times
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with payer enrollment applications and processes, including Medicaid and commercial payers
  • Experience in outpatient group contracting is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Commitment to the mission of supporting mental health in schools
