Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payer Enrollment Specialist to manage health plan enrollment requests and resolve related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and understand insurance provider enrollment requirements and submit health plan enrollment requests
- Follow up on provider enrollment applications and maintain organized documentation for payor and provider records
- Establish relationships with payer representatives to improve submission processes and approval times
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with payer enrollment applications and processes, including Medicaid and commercial payers
- Experience in outpatient group contracting is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Commitment to the mission of supporting mental health in schools
