Payer Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end health plan enrollment process, the remote Payer Enrollment Specialist will ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollment requests, oversee vendor performance, and maintain client satisfaction on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the health plan enrollment process, coordinating with external vendors and completing escalated requests as needed
• Monitor in-process enrollments through consistent follow-up and maintain thorough documentation within Medallion systems
• Build and maintain relationships with payer representatives to streamline submissions and improve approval timelines

Required qualifications:

• At least 3 years of direct experience with payer enrollment processes
• Proficiency in GSuites tools, including GSheets, GDocs, and GMail
• Strong understanding of payer-specific enrollment requirements and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse internal and external contacts
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment and fostering good working relationships
