Payer Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the remote contract Payer Enrollment Specialist will manage the end-to-end health plan enrollment process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of enrollment requests while maintaining client satisfaction and compliance with service agreements.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the health plan enrollment process, coordinating with external vendors and completing escalated requests as necessary
• Monitor in-process enrollments through consistent follow-up and maintain thorough documentation within company systems
• Build and maintain relationships with payer representatives to streamline submissions and improve approval timelines

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience with payer enrollment processes
• Proficiency in GSuites tools, including GSheets, GDocs, and GMail
• Strong understanding of payer-specific enrollment requirements and regulations
• Ability to effectively communicate with various internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
