Payer Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Overseeing the insurance enrollment process for clinicians, the full-time Payer Enrollment Specialist will manage applications, resolve payer issues, and maintain provider information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting insurance applications for Commercial and Medicaid payers accurately and on time
• Monitoring application statuses, following up with payers, and resolving enrollment issues
• Serving as a point of contact for providers regarding the enrollment process and maintaining provider demographic information

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of credentialing or enrollment experience
• Minimum of 2 years of medical practice business office experience
• Proficiency in web-based products and ability to learn new applications quickly
• Experience working remotely preferred
